Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 3, 2026
AuctionGera (auctiongera.bid) is run by Vipelex LLC. We want it to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or captions. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Conformance status
This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. The known gaps are listed below.
What we have in place
- A “Skip to content” link and labeled page regions (header, main content, footer).
- Links, buttons and form fields are standard HTML elements, so they work with a keyboard alone.
- Every form field has a text label, not placeholder text alone.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pinch zoom is never disabled, and text can be enlarged to 200 percent.
- Nothing on the site plays sound on its own.
- The video behind the home page headline has a pause button, and it is replaced by a still photo when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The cookie prompt can be answered by keyboard, and a Global Privacy Control signal is honored without asking.
Known limitations
- The current high bid on a lot page updates while you watch. Screen readers may not announce a new bid until you move to it or reload the page.
- Lot photos carry short text alternatives. If you need a fuller description of a part, call or email and we will describe it.
Third-party content
Live chat is provided by Tawk.to and loads only if you allow it. We will raise any problem you report with them.
Feedback and help
If any part of this site is hard to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five business days. If you need any content in another format, ask and we will provide it. You can also call or text (302) 276-8934.
How we check
Every public page is checked by an automated crawl for headings, labels, landmarks, text alternatives and zoom settings, and key pages are tested by keyboard. We review this statement at least once a year and after any major redesign.
